Membership in Waterbury Postal Employees Federal Credit Union is open to current and past employees of United States Postal Service workers in Naugatuck and Waterbury, Connecticut, and their families. You must open a share savings account, depositing and maintaining a minimum of balance of $5.00 to become a member.
